What is the ordering process?
Place your order for either a Pre Order or Order In item. I will then purchase your items and get them delivered over to Australia. Once arrived they will be packed and sent with Tracking to your supplied address.
How long since order until I get my order?
Depending on where the item is coming from whether the US or Japan delivery to Australia varies from 25-30 business days. Each ‘Order In’ item will say the ETA within the description. If the product is ‘In Stock’ this means it’s already in stock in SA and will be shipped in the next 24-48 hours via Australia Post with Tracking.
Can I cancel my order?
Short answer is no. As this is a Pre-Order or Order-In process the order is non-refundable. The funds from the deposit are used to order your items.
Where is my tracking?
Once your order has been dispatched from SA, you will receive an email with your order information and tracking number for Australia Post.
Do we do wholesale?
No we do not. All products we purchase are at retail not wholesale so we do not provide this service.

Pre Order/Order In Products
Are non refundable. All items state in the title and description if they are a Pre Order or Order In product.
This website is an order in service so there is no stock on hand. The payment is put towards ordering in your merchandise from the store and getting it shipped to Australia. Once your item has arrived in Australia, you will be contacted via email with a tracking number.

Pre Order Allocation Products
THIS IS JUST A PLACE IN THE LINE OF STOCK. We order as much stock of the item as we can, however sometimes when there is a tough supply the allocation supplied to all of us over here in Australia is very limited. By purchasing a Pre Order Allocation item, this means you have a number in the que, as soon as stock numbers have been confirmed with the wholesaler. In the event, that you number doesn’t get called, you will be notified ASAP and a full refund given.

Are non refundable for change of mind.

Each item has its own ETA for ordering in. This is just a estimated time frame and can vary due to international COVID shipping restrictions.
Standard times are 25-30 working days from order and payment. You are more than welcome to contact me at any stage or check your order status (located on your account page) , to see where your order is up too.
