What is the ordering process?

Pay 50% of your item as a deposit to ‘Order in’ or ‘Pre Order’

Your item will then be ordered from the store’s in the US or Japan

Once it has arrived in Australia, you will receive an email to pay your remaining 50% and your postage.

Once payment has been made your item will ship and tracking information will be sent.

How long since deposit until I get my order? 

Depending on where the item is coming from whether the US or Japan delivery to Australia varies from 10-15 business days. Each ‘Order In’ item will say the ETA within the description. If the product is ‘In Stock’ this means it’s already in stock in SA and will be shipped in the next 24-48 hours via Australia Post with Tracking.

Can I cancel my order?

Short answer is no. As this is a Pre-Order or Order-In process the deposit is non-refundable. The funds from the deposit are used to order your items.

Where is my tracking?

Once your order has been dispatched from SA, you will receive an email with your order information and tracking number for Australia Post.

 

Do we wholesale?

No sorry we do not. We do not purchase any of our products wholesale. They are purchased at retail price from Japan and the US  

 

Do we charge GST?

No we do not
